WHAT

TO

EXPECT

NUMBER ONE.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your shoot as we schedule during golden hour and don't want to lose the light. We will find different spots at our location so you can have a variety of backgrounds, poses and overall variety of images. Bring water, snacks and toys for little ones, we will accommodate breaks.

NUMBER TWO.

We will begin with a phone consultation where I'll ask you a series of questions to find out your style, expectations, etc. We will schedule your appointment during this call/text and an invoice for the deposit will be sent. The invoice is due within 24 hours to secure your session date and is non-refundable.

NUMBER THREE.

You will receive a sneak peek on social media within one weeks of your session date and your full gallery will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. You will be emailed a link to your gallery where you can view, download and print your favorite images! Your gallery is shareable.

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule your photography session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability. To avoid any potential loss of deposit, please provide timely notice.

CANCELLATION

All deposit fees are non-refundable. A notice of 2 days must be given for cancellation of this contract by the client. Any cancellation made with less than 2 of days will result in full payment by the client. If cancellation is initiated by the photographer, all money INCLUDING the deposit fee will be returned within 7 business days from the time of cancellation.

No-show policy

Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the full session fee may be forfeited, and rescheduling may not be possible. To avoid losing your deposit, please inform us if you are unable to make the session.

weather policy:

Rain or Severe Weather: If inclement weather such as rain, storms, or high winds is forecasted, we will work with you to reschedule the session at no additional cost. We will monitor the weather closely and provide updates as needed.

Overcast or Cloudy Conditions: Overcast skies can often provide beautiful, diffused lighting. Unless you have specific preferences, we can proceed with the session as planned. If you prefer to reschedule due to cloudy weather, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Extreme Temperatures: In cases of extreme heat or cold, we may need to adjust the session time or reschedule to ensure comfort and safety.
